PhotoMart.ai (“we”, “us”) makes AI-generated images of you, from your own photos. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and what to expect from the images themselves.

What we collect

Your email address and name; the photos you upload; your answer to what you use the images for; and basic usage information (pages visited, actions taken) that helps us run the site.

If you buy credits or a plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

Your uploaded photos build a private “Character Sheet” used only to generate your own images in the style you pick. Your photos and images are never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else’s.

We use your email to send sign-in codes, your finished images, and, if you’re opted in, the occasional weekly image and giveaway notice. You can turn marketing emails off from your account at any time.

How long we keep it

As long as you’re a member, your styles and photo library stay in your account for good. If you stop paying and don’t have an active plan, your library is cleared 14 days later; we email you a warning first, and re-subscribing any time before then keeps everything.

You can delete any single photo or image at any time, and remove all of your photos at once from your account settings. To close your account and erase everything we hold about you, email us and we will do it within 7 days.

Who else sees it

A short list of services help us run PhotoMart.ai, each only for the job it does: Stripe (payment), Cloudinary (photo and image storage), our AI image provider (turning your photos into a finished image), and Resend (sending email). None of them use your photos for anything beyond that.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic site analytics to understand how PhotoMart.ai is used, and a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don’t sell your data to advertisers.

Age requirement

PhotoMart.ai is for adults only. By uploading photos, you’re confirming they’re of you and that you’re 18 or older.

Content policy

Nudity is not allowed. Photos you upload, and the styles you generate from them, must not contain nudity or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy and to suspend or close accounts that don’t follow it.

Disclaimer

Every image is generated by AI from your photos and the style you pick, using the latest AI technology available to us at the time — that technology, and the results it produces, keep improving over time. Every sample and preview you see on PhotoMart.ai is a representation of what your image can look like, not a guarantee that your result will look exactly the same. We can’t guarantee a specific look, likeness, or outcome, and results can vary between attempts. PhotoMart.ai is a creative and entertainment tool, not a professional photography, modeling, or portrait service, and nothing here is a promise of any particular result.

The site and its images are provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us.

We may update this page as the site changes. Meaningful changes will show a new “last updated” date above.
