How Do Credits Work?

Credits pay for the pictures you make, and you are only charged when a picture is made successfully. Buy a credit pack or a membership, or earn free credits by inviting a friend, adding the PhotoMart.ai logo to a picture and more. Read more: How Do Credits Work? and How Can I Get Free Credits?.

Are My Photos Kept Private?

Can I Delete My Photos?

Yes, at any time, from Settings, then My Photos. Once deleted, a photo is gone from your account. Read more: How Do I Delete My Uploaded Photos?.

Can I Print My Pictures?

Can I Get A Refund?

Each picture is made the moment you spend credits on it, so purchases are generally not refundable. If you were charged in error, or have not used the credits yet, write to us and we will make it right. Read more: Subscription And Refund Policy.

Why Do You Use Dark Mode Or Black On Your Website?

Surrounding colors change how we see color. A black backdrop creates strong contrast, so colors look more vivid, sharper and more impactful.
