The basics

Your account
- What happens to my images if I cancel?Your gallery images are held for 14 days after cancellation, then deleted.
- Are my photos kept private?Your uploads stay private to your account unless you check a box allowing marketing use, and you can delete them anytime.
- How do I delete my uploaded photos?You can remove your uploaded photos anytime from Settings → My Photos.
- Where do the shopping links come from?Shopping links come from retail partners matched to your size and budget, so check prices on the retailer's page.
- Who can create an account?You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission if you are under 18; under 13 is not allowed.
- How do I sign in?You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep that email account secure.
