Credits And Pricing

How Does Auto-Renew Work On Credit Packs?

Membership auto-renews every month, and members can also turn on Auto Top Off, which automatically buys more credits whenever the balance runs low.

Membership Renewal

When you join PhotoMart Membership, your card is charged automatically every month, or every year if you chose the annual plan, and your credits are added to your account. You can cancel any time on the account page, and when you do, you keep the credits already on your account. Nothing is charged after your current billing period ends.

Auto Top Off

Auto Top Off is a members-only feature, switched on beside the Buy credits button. Whenever your balance falls below 50 credits, the card you saved at checkout is charged the slider amount you picked, and you get that amount's credits plus 10% to 20% extra. Bigger amounts earn more extra credits: at $300 you get 9,000 credits instead of 7,500.

Auto Top Off charges at most once a day, and you get an email receipt each time. If your card fails, Auto Top Off turns itself off and you'll get an email letting you know. You can turn it off any time on the account page.

Turning Auto Top Off Off

If you turn Auto Top Off off within 14 days of turning it on, the extra bonus credits it gave you during those days are taken back. This never takes more than your current balance, and never takes cash, just credits. The account page shows you the number before you confirm. After 14 days, turning it off takes nothing back.

Credits Never Expire

Credits from membership, the slider, Auto Top Off and bonuses all stay on your account until you use them, even after a membership ends. You can review or manage Auto Top Off any time from your account settings, and compare amounts on the pricing section of the homepage.
