How do credits work?

Credits are the currency you use to make images on PhotoMart.ai, and you are only charged credits when your image is made successfully. If something fails on our side, you are not charged.

How you get credits

New members start with 50 free credits. You can also earn more: inviting a friend gives you both 5 credits once their first purchase is paid, the Image of the Week email includes 3 credits, adding the PhotoMart.ai logo to a picture gives you 5 credits back, sharing a picture that carries the logo on social media gives 25 credits, and sharing your PhotoMart invite link gives 5 credits, once a day per network. Beyond that, you can buy credit packs or subscribe to a plan, both shown on the pricing page.

How credits are spent

Each type of picture has its own credit cost, and the price is always shown before you create an image. For example, Quick Pics range from 1 to 35 credits depending on the style, Custom Pics cost 20 credits with more added per extra person, and Motivational Pics cost 50 credits per poster. Bigger files cost a bit more

The standard 2K file is included with your image. If you want a larger file for printing, a 4K file costs 12 extra credits and an 8K file costs 20 extra credits.

Credits have no cash value

Credits cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Credits you've already bought stay yours even if prices or credit amounts change later. You can see your current balance and history in Your Studio.
