How Do I Pay And Is My Card Safe?

You pay for pictures with credits, which you get through a credit pack or a monthly plan. Each picture shows its credit cost before you create it, and credits are only used when your image is made successfully.

Buying Credits

You can buy a one time credit pack, or subscribe to the PhotoMart Membership, which gives you credits every month. Unused credits never expire, so they stay on your account even if you stop your membership. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Your Card And Auto Top Off

Members can turn on Auto Top Off, which charges the card saved at checkout whenever your balance falls below 50 credits. It charges the slider amount you picked, for that amount's credits plus some extra credits. At most one top-off happens a day, and you get an email receipt each time. If a charge fails, Auto Top Off turns off and you'll get an email. You can turn it off anytime on your account page.

Print Shipping

If you order lab prints, shipping is quoted live at checkout, based on your order and address.

Managing Your Plan

You can switch plans or cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period, and any credits already on your account stay with you.

Free Credits

New members start with 50 free credits to try every tool before choosing a plan. You can also earn more through referrals, the Image of the Week email and other bonus offers. See How Can I Get Free Credits? for details.

Refunds

Because credits are used to make images right away, purchases are generally not refundable. If you were charged in error, or you haven't used the credits yet, reach out and it will be made right. See the Subscription And Refund Policy for more.
