How do I pay and is my card safe?

You pay with credits, and credits are bought through Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. PhotoMart.ai never sees or stores your card number, so your payment details stay safe.

How credits work

Each picture shows its credit cost before you create it, and credits are only taken when your image is made successfully. If something goes wrong on our end, you're not charged.

Buying credits

You can buy a one time credit pack, or subscribe to a monthly plan that gives you credits every month. All the packs and plans are listed on the pricing page.

Subscriptions

If you turn on auto-renew, your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep any credits already on your account.

Refunds

Because credits are used to make images right away, purchases are generally not refundable. If you were charged by mistake, or you're unhappy with a purchase and haven't used the credits, reach out within 14 days and it will be sorted out.
