Who can create an account?

You need to be 18 or older to create your own PhotoMart.ai account. Each account is meant for one person.

If you are under 18, you can still use PhotoMart.ai, but a parent or legal guardian needs to give permission first. That parent or guardian agrees to our terms on your behalf and takes full responsibility for the account, the photos added to it, the images made, and any purchases.

Children under 13 are not allowed to create an account at all, even with a parent's help.

These rules exist to keep the studio safe for everyone, especially younger members. If you're a parent setting up an account for your teen, it helps to stay involved with the photos they upload and the images they create, since you're responsible for that account.
