You can reach PhotoMart.ai by emailing rick@photomart.ai. That's the direct line to Rick Billings, the photographer behind the studio.

This is the right place to send questions about your account, credits, or how something works. It's also where you can share ideas, or ask for a style you'd love to see added to the library, since new styles are added every week.

If you were charged in error, or you're unhappy with a purchase and haven't used the credits, reaching out by email within 14 days is the way to make it right, as explained in the Terms of Use.
