What happens to my images if I cancel?

When you cancel your subscription, your gallery images stay in your account for 14 days before they are deleted. This gives you time to download anything you want to keep.

What happens step by step

1. You cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan.
2. You keep your Premium features until the end of your current billing period, so nothing changes right away.
3. After that period ends, your account moves off the paid plan and the 14 day countdown on your gallery images begins.
4. If you have not downloaded or moved the images you want by the end of those 14 days, they are deleted.

What you should do before the 14 days run out

• Visit Your Images or Your Gallery and download anything you want to keep.
• Double check any larger print files, like 4K or 8K versions, are saved to your own device.
• If you plan to resubscribe soon, you can also just leave things as they are, since your credits and account stay intact either way.

Your photos are separate from this

The 14 day rule is about the images PhotoMart.ai generated for you. Your uploaded photos are a separate matter, and you can remove those anytime from Settings → My Photos, whether or not you are subscribed.
